Summer Mileage Mob

Every Summer On The Run Endurance offers group workouts 3 days a week (unless Coach Dusty is on vacation) for Redding area cross country runners. The goal is simple - we are all stronger together so lets run together.

Monday & Thursday: 7:00am - 8:30am
Saturday: 7:00am - 9:00am
* On Saturday if your mileage is less than 7 miles you will be done earlier than 9:00am. Ensure you are picked up accordingly.

Minimum Requirements to Ensure Safety:
Able to run at least 3 miles non-stop at a pace of 9:30 per mile or faster
Age 12 & Up
