RUNNING PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP
On The Run Endurance and Active PT Redding have partnered to bring Redding area runners an Running Performance Workshop that will help reduce the chance of injury and increase your performance by combining mobility, strength, balance and proper running form.
Workshops are 90 minutes in length and include the follow key focus areas:
Initial Concept Introduction
Mobility Assessments with Active PT Redding Physical Therapist, Christian Mercill
Proper Form Instruction with On The Run Endurance Coach, Dusty Robinson
Proper Form Video Analysis

Limited to First 6 Registrants
Clinic Fee: $49 per person
